Steps

1. Browse to https://www.mec.ca/en
2. (Precondition you have to be logged in) Search for the product 902937
3. Navigate to its PDP
4. Add a Medium size product to the Cart
5. Go to the Cart and tap on Checkout
6. Fill in all the required fields and input Belarus as a Country in the Shipping Address
7. Proceed
8. Observe

Actual result

While in the Cart a user can see the notification saying “Ships within Canada only”, but a user can proceed to the Payment, setting Belarus as the Country in the Shipping Address, so it’s possible to order it to another country

Expected result

It’s expected that if a product can be shipped within Canad only, a user will be notified about it again, when setting Belarus as the country to ship to, the field will become red and a user won’t be able to proceed to the Payment until he changes the country to Canada
