[Windows 10][Chrome] Subscribe page doesn’t show subscription options when a user clicks on subscribe

Steps

1. Open https://jpi-web-preprod.brightsites.co.uk/?r=385
2. Click on Subscribe
3. Notice the issue

Actual result

When the user clicks on the subscribe button , the subscribe page doesn’t show up to subscription options.

Expected result

When user clicks on subscribe button the user should be redirected to the subscription option registration.
